Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

TN Jobs Guide respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

  6. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our copyright agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

4. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

5. False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

6. Response Time

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 10 business days. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
