Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the exact educational qualification and experience requirements mentioned in the official notification. For the Sector Expert posts, the required qualification includes a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology with at least 60% marks and a relevant postgraduate degree. Depending on the post, the postgraduate qualification may be in Engineering/Technology, Energy Planning, Energy Management, Sustainable Energy, Environmental Studies, or Environmental Science. Candidates must also have at least 5 years of post-qualification domain experience in the relevant field.
For the Sector Expert (ECSBC / Buildings) post, candidates may also hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology/Architecture with the same minimum marks and relevant postgraduate qualification. For the Sector Expert (Artificial Intelligence) post, the degree requirement includes Engineering/Technology/Computer Science or an allied discipline, along with a postgraduate degree in Engineering/Technology, Computer Science, AI & ML, or Data Analytics. The Project Engineer post requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology with 60% marks, a relevant postgraduate degree, and at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in conducting examinations and related energy management work.
