The educational qualification varies by post. For Security Officer (Company-based), candidates must hold a Post Graduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, Human Rights, Public Administration, Psychology, Psychiatry, Law, Public Health, or Community Resource Management from a recognized university. Alternatively, graduates in the same disciplines with 2 years of professional experience in project formulation, implementation, monitoring, and supervision may also apply, preferably in Women & Child Development or Social Welfare.

For SJPU Community Staff and Social Worker posts, candidates should be graduates, preferably B.A. in Social Work, Sociology, or Social Sciences from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience, and computer proficiency is required.
