Eligibility Criteria
Supervisor: Candidates should be graduates, preferably with a B.A. in Social Work, Computer Sciences (CS), Information Technology (IT), Community Sociology, or Social Sciences from an accredited university. Preference may be given to experienced candidates, especially those with computer proficiency and experience in emergency helplines.
Case Worker: Applicants must have passed 12th from an accredited board or equivalent board. Good communication skills are required, and experienced candidates may be preferred. Experience in emergency helplines will also be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Supervisor – 42 years; Case Worker – 42 years.
Pay Scale: Supervisor – Rs. 21,000/-; Case Worker – Rs. 18,000/-.
