Eligibility Criteria

For the Security Officer (Company-based) post, candidates should possess a Post Graduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, Human Rights, Public Administration, Psychology, Psychiatry, Law, Public Health, or Community Resource Management from a recognized university. Alternatively, candidates with a graduate degree in the same disciplines and 2 years of professional experience in project formulation, implementation, monitoring, and supervision may also apply, preferably in Women & Child Development or Social Welfare.

For SJPU Community Staff and Social Worker posts, candidates should have a graduate degree, preferably B.A. in Social Work, Sociology, or Social Sciences from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience and computer proficiency.
