How to Apply for ESIC Ludhiana Recruitment 2026

Applicants must download the prescribed application form, fill it carefully, and attach self-attested copies of all required documents. The documents include educational certificates, medical registration certificate, proof of publications, experience certificates, NOC or relieving certificate, passport-size photograph, Aadhaar card, and applicable category certificates. If applicable, candidates must also attach the required course certificates and demand draft.
