HAL Junior Executive Recruitment 2026
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Maharatna Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, has released a recruitment notification for Junior Executive posts on a short-term fixed-term basis. This opportunity is open for engineering graduates who meet the prescribed discipline-wise eligibility and want to work with one of India’s leading aerospace and defence organisations. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be Indian nationals with a regular full-time engineering degree or technology degree in the relevant discipline. The notification also accepts a 5-year or 6-year integrated degree in the relevant branch. Distance learning, correspondence, part-time and e-learning qualifications are not eligible. Candidates must have the required aggregate marks without rounding off: 60% for UR, OBC-NCL and EWS candidates, and 50% for SC, ST and PwBD candidates.
The recruitment is discipline-based, and candidates must apply for only one engineering discipline. The eligible branches include Aeronautical, Chemical, Civil, Computer Science and allied branches, Electrical and allied branches, Electronics and allied branches, Mechanical and allied branches, Metallurgy and allied branches, and Production and allied branches. PwBD reservation is available only for identified categories mentioned in the official notification, and the disability must be not less than 40%.

How to Apply
Eligible candidates should apply online only through the Careers section of the official HAL website. Before submitting the form, applicants must carefully choose the correct discipline, as only one discipline is allowed and the application cannot be edited after submission. UR, OBC-NCL and EWS candidates must pay the application fee through SBI Collect, and fee validation may take 48 to 72 hours. Candidates should keep all educational documents, category certificates and conversion certificates ready for the interview stage if shortlisted.
