Indian Army Agniveer Soldier Technical Nursing Assistant Recruitment 2026
The Indian Army has announced a recruitment drive for the position of Agniveer – Male Soldier Technical Nursing Assistant / Nursing Assistant (Veterinary) for the year 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to serve in the Indian Army.

- Examination Date: Tentatively from 01 June to 15 June 2026
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Agniveer Soldier Technical Nursing Assistant position, candidates must have completed their 12th grade with the following qualifications:
- 10+2/Intermediate pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and a minimum of 40% in each subject.
- OR 10+2/Intermediate pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, and English with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and a minimum of 40% in each subject.
Age Limit
The age limit for applicants is between 17½ to 23 years, with candidates born between 01 July 2004 and 01 July 2009 being eligible to apply.
Application Process
Interested candidates can apply online through the official Indian Army website: joinindianarmy.nic.in. The online application process will commence on 13 February 2026 and will close on 01 April 2026.
Selection Process
The selection process will consist of:
- Phase-I: Online Common Entrance Examination (CEE)
- Phase-II: Physical Fitness Test (At Rally Site), Physical Measurement Test (At Rally Site), Medical Examination
Examination Fee
The examination fee for all applicants is Rs. 250/-.
