Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the educational qualification and experience requirements prescribed for the relevant discipline. For engineering posts, candidates should hold a regular full-time B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree in disciplines such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Instrumentation, Ceramic, Chemical, Mining, or Metallurgy. For HR posts, the required qualification is a PG Degree, PG Diploma of 2 years, MBA, MSW, or MA with specialization in HRM, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Management, Organizational Development, HRD, or Labour Welfare. For legal posts, candidates must possess BL/LLB or a 5-year integrated law degree from a recognized university.
The minimum marks requirement is 60% for UR, EWS, and OBC (NCL) candidates, and 50% for SC, ST, and PwD candidates. Post-qualification experience is mandatory and varies by grade: 2 years for E-1, 5 years for E-2, 9 years for E-3, 13 years for E-4, and 17 years for E-5. Experience must be in a regular role in CPSEs or large private sector organizations with annual turnover exceeding Rs. 2,000 crores in any of the last 3 financial years.
