Applicants must be Indian nationals and should have passed Inter CA or Inter CMA with final marks available at the time of application. Selection will be made on the basis of Inter CA/Inter CMA marks in a 1:5 ratio, and shortlisted candidates will be called for a virtual interview. The notice also mentions that the training period is 12 months and may be extended by up to 12 more months depending on requirement and performance. NPCIL has also clarified that completion of training does not guarantee a job offer.
