Eligibility Criteria

Supervisor: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Computer Science, Information Technology, Sociology-related fields, or Social Sciences from a recognized university. Applicants should also be proficient in computers. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked in a help desk. The age limit for Supervisor posts is 42 years, and age relaxation up to 52 years is mentioned for those employees who have already worked in the help desk.

Case Worker: Candidates must have passed 12th Std from a recognized school and should possess good communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with prior help desk experience. The age limit for Case Worker posts is 42 years.
