Eligibility
For Finance posts, candidates must hold CA or CMA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, along with the required executive experience in Accounts, Finance or Internal Audit. For HR posts, applicants must have a full-time MBA with specialisation in HRM/HRD/HRM, or a postgraduate degree in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare, or a two-year full-time postgraduate diploma in PM&IR or Labour Welfare, or a Master of Social Work or MHROD. The notice also mentions that LLB is desirable for HR posts, but it is not mandatory.
All qualifications must be regular and full-time from a recognised Indian university or institute. Experience is counted as on 2026-10-07, and internships, training, apprenticeships and teaching experience are not counted. The recruitment is for Indian nationals only.
