For Deputy General Manager (O&M), candidates must hold a full-time regular B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks, along with 25 years of post-qualification experience in oil and gas, including 5 years in city gas distribution. For Assistant Manager (BIS), the required qualification is B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication with 60% marks and 5 years of in-line executive experience. For Assistant Manager (Fire & Safety), applicants must have B.E./B.Tech in Fire/Fire & Safety with 60% marks, or any engineering branch with 60% marks plus a diploma or minimum 1-year certified course in Industrial Safety/Fire, along with 5 years of executive experience in Fire & Safety.

The age and experience cut-off date is 2026-08-31. The upper age limit is 49 years for Deputy General Manager (O&M) and 34 years for both Assistant Manager posts. The BIS post is reserved for OBC-NCL, while the other two posts are unreserved. Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
