Women and Child Development Corporation, Bihar (WCDC) has announced Advertisement Notice 02/2026 for 7 contractual vacancies in Patna, Bihar. Eligibility Criteria

For the State Project Manager (Monitoring & Evaluation) post, candidates must have a PG Diploma or Master’s degree in Rural Development, Women Studies, Rural Management or Social Work from a premier institute, along with 5 years of experience, including 2 years in managerial work related to research or documentation. For the State Project Manager (Communication & Documentation) post, a degree in communications, media studies, information technology or equivalent from a premier institute is required, along with 5 years of experience, including 2 years of managerial experience in communication and documentation support in rural development.

For the Accountant post, the required qualification is B.Com (Hons) with 3 years of accounts work experience in government, semi-government or a reputed organisation. CA (Inter) or ICWA (Inter) is preferred, and knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and MS Word is required. For the Assistant post, candidates must have BA, B.Sc or B.Com and should know Hindi and English typing on computer, along with 3 years of experience in government, semi-government or a reputed organisation and knowledge of government procedure.

The notice also states that only post-qualification experience will be counted. Experience certificates dated after the advertisement publication date will not be accepted. Applicants from outside Bihar will be treated as Unreserved.
