Eligibility
Eligibility varies by post. The notification specifies qualifications such as LLB, LLM, M.A., M.Sc and MSW, along with post-wise experience requirements. Director, Assistant Director and Research Officer posts require a master’s degree in specified social science or statistics-related subjects with relevant survey or research experience, or service in the prescribed pay levels. The Law Officer post requires a law degree with teaching, research, judicial or advocacy experience as mentioned in the notification. The Accountant post requires the prescribed service background in clerical or accounts-related roles along with training and experience in cash, accounts or budget work.

Applicants must download the prescribed proforma (Annexure-II) from the official NCSC website and fill in all details carefully. The completed application should include the bio-data, curriculum vitae, up-to-date APARs for the last five years, vigilance clearance and other required certificates. The application must be forwarded through the proper channel by the parent department, along with the integrity certificate and statement of major or minor penalties, wherever applicable.
After completing all formalities, send the application to the NCSC office so that it reaches on or before 11 December 2026. Since this is an offline recruitment process, candidates should ensure that every document is attached correctly and that the application is submitted within the prescribed timeline.
