THDCIL Senior Manager, DGM and AGM Recruitment 2026

THDC India Limited (THDCIL) has released Advertisement No. 06/2026 for recruitment to 10 regular posts of Senior Manager, Deputy General Manager and Additional General Manager in Finance and Human Resources. This is a Schedule A Mini Ratna PSU recruitment with All-India posting, and selected candidates may be placed at any project, office, joint venture or subsidiary of the organisation. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online only through the official THDCIL career portal.

Eligibility Criteria

The recruitment is open only to Indian nationals. For Finance posts, candidates must possess CA or CMA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, along with relevant executive experience in Accounts, Finance or Internal Audit. For HR posts, candidates must have a full-time MBA with specialisation in HRM/HRD/HRM or another accepted postgraduate route such as Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, PM&IR diploma, Social Work or MHROD. Where specified in the notice, a minimum of 60% marks is required.

Experience is counted as on 2026-10-07, and internships, training, apprenticeships and teaching experience are not considered. The upper age limit is 48 years for Senior Manager, 50 years for Deputy General Manager and 53 years for Additional General Manager, subject to applicable relaxation as per the notification.

Applicants must carefully enter personal details, educational qualifications, category information and experience records, because the notification states that no correction will be allowed after final submission. General, OBC-NCL and EWS candidates must pay the application fee online through SBIePay before submitting the form.

Applicants from private organisations must keep the required salary and employment proofs ready, including Form 16 for FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26, Annexure-A CTC certificates and the specified payslips. Serving Government or PSU employees should apply through proper channel and may need to produce a No Objection Certificate at the interview stage.
