Eligibility Criteria

Only Indian nationals can apply. The educational qualification and experience requirements vary by discipline. For Finance posts, candidates must possess CA or CMA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, along with relevant executive experience in Accounts, Finance or Internal Audit. For HR posts, candidates must have a full-time MBA with specialisation in HRM/HRD/HRM, or a postgraduate degree in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare, or a minimum 2-year full-time postgraduate diploma in PM&IR/Labour Welfare, or a Masters in Social Work or MHROD. Where mentioned in the notice, minimum marks of 60% are required. All qualifications must be regular and full-time from a recognised Indian university or institute.

Experience is counted as on 2026-10-07. Internships, training, apprenticeships and teaching experience are not counted. The upper age limit is 48 years for E-6 posts, 50 years for E-7 posts and 53 years for E-8 posts, subject to applicable relaxation as per the notification.
