National Institute of Technology Rourkela (NIT Rourkela) has released a recruitment notification for 5 temporary project positions under the ANRF-PAIR funded consortium project on sustainable agriculture, health, energy and environment. Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility requirements vary by post. For Junior Research Fellow, candidates must have a postgraduate degree in basic science or a graduate/postgraduate degree in a professional course selected through CSIR-UGC NET, GATE or equivalent national eligibility examinations. For Project Manager, applicants should hold a doctoral degree in science or a master’s degree in engineering or technology with at least 5 years of experience in project management in R&D, innovation or technology-driven environments. For Field Assistant, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any science discipline (B.Sc.) or a 3-year diploma in engineering and technology with minimum 55% marks.
Final-year candidates may apply for the JRF post, provided the qualifying degree result is submitted by 2026-11-30. Selected JRF candidates are also required to register for the PhD programme as per institute rules.
