Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility conditions vary by post. For Medical Officer AYUSH (MHT), candidates must hold BHMS, BAMS, or BUMS from a recognized institution, have completed the compulsory internship, and possess registration from the respective council. For Pharmacist, applicants must have a two-year Diploma in Pharmacy (D-Pharma) in allopathic pharmacy from a PCI/AICTE-approved institute and registration with the West Bengal Pharmacy Council. For Public Health Manager, the required qualification is any one of the prescribed combinations such as graduation in Dental/Nursing, master’s degree in Life Sciences, master’s degree in Economics, graduation in Social Science with MPH/Preventive & Social Medicine, or graduation in any discipline with MBA in HR/Health Care. Computer proficiency is required for the manager post, and two years of post-qualification experience in health programme management-related work is mandatory. All candidates must be able to read, write, and speak Bengali.
